Your HIP contractor sweeps up and leaves. The fine cement dust keeps settling in the window tracks, the toilets and along every ledge for days. Our crew clears the whole flat in about 3 to 4 hours, at one fixed price for your flat type, so you are not spending the weekend wiping.

What the $450 clean covers, and what it does not
You keep living in the flat through HIP, so the clean is built around that. The living room, kitchen and both toilets are wiped down and mopped, every bedroom is vacuumed and mopped, and the windows and grilles are done in the master bedroom and up to three common rooms. If we put up your dust sheets, we take them down and bag them on the same visit.

Nobody needs to come and see the flat first, because the price is set by flat type. You pay half by PayNow to hold the date and the rest after the job. Every other price is on our pricing page.
HIP dates move. Tell us 3 days before and we keep your slot
Your notice gives a start date, and then it slips. Book the clean for the day after your contractor hands the flat back, with the date still to be confirmed if you need to, and tell us at least 3 days before. The crew usually arrives between 9am and 10am, brings every cloth, vacuum and cleaner, and is done in about 3 to 4 hours.
Dust proofing and the clean together for $750
$750 for a 3-room to EA flat, $880 for a maisonette, covers both visits. Before your works start, we wrap the furniture, lights, aircon units and windows and cover the common room doors from outside, with two zip doors so you can still use the rooms. Questions before you book
How much does post-HIP cleaning cost?
$450 for a 3-room, 4-room, 5-room or EA HDB flat, and $550 for an executive maisonette. With dust proofing before the works it is $750, or $880 for a maisonette. A fifth room is $80.
Do you need to see my flat before you quote?
No. The price is set by flat type, so we quote on WhatsApp from your flat type alone.
How long does the clean take?
About 3 to 4 hours. The crew usually arrives between 9am and 10am and brings all the supplies.
When should I book it?
For the day after your contractor finishes and hands the flat back. You can book with the date to be confirmed and tell us at least 3 days before.
What if my HIP dates change?
That happens to most blocks. Tell us the new date at least 3 days before and we move the booking.
What is not included?
The inside of wardrobes and cabinets, tables still covered in things, ceilings, standing fans, and the furniture in the bedrooms.
Do you clean condos after renovation?
Not at this price. HIP is for HDB flats. A condo or landed home after renovation is our post-renovation cleaning, priced by floor area.
How do I pay?
Half by PayNow to confirm the date, and the rest after the job.
